When unnatural thinness became attractive, girls did unnatural things to be thin.
imagine:
- thin, naturally contoured face

- visible hip bones when standing
- teeny waist
- thigh gap when standing, sitting, laying on my side and with your legs propped up

- glasses will look better on a thinner face
- those heels will look better on slim legs
- being able to wear size 00 and xs/xxs
- being the only one to shop at charlotte russe etc because you are so small and everyone else is bigger than you
- no one can steal your clothes anymore

- small clothes = more space to put them
- eating to live not living to eat

please remember our goal is to be thin not in the hospital. take care of yourself. if you feel weak, eat something, even if you planned on fasting. your health should always come first. take vitamins. you want to look pretty not dead.
Meals:
-Always drink water before your meal. I don’t even sit down to eat until I have my water bottle ready!
-Make sure you look 100% presentable before you eat. This gives you time to distract yourself and look at yourself closely to see if you deserve/ really need food.
-Eat while looking at yourself in mirror or looking at thinspo.
-Plan your meals/calorie goal for the week ahead of time or you will probably overeat and leave some room for flexibility.
Fasting
-Use Fast Habit to track during fasts its super motivating!
-Drink lemon water/ chew lemon juice ice cubes
-On a water fast KEEP TAKING VITAMINS
-Don’t fast on days you know friends will be around you’re setting yourself up to fail
Binge prevention
-When craving something, just watch a mukbang of someone else eating it. Imagine how terribly they’ll bloat up from eating that crap so why should you?
-Take a nap and drink some water. Seriously if I’m about to binge I lay in bed drinking hot water with lemon juice (lol love that stuff) and fall asleep.
-Keep yourself busy to avoid binging by writing, watching tv, sketching, walking, working on homework idek just keep BUSY
-Sing instead of eat. It doesn’t matter if you have a good voice or not keep from eating. I recommend using Bohemian Rhapsody or another longer song.
-Worst comes to worse just lock yourself in your room.
-Focus your mind on the moment and the feeling. Understand what the hunger really means and keep grounding yourself in the moment.
-If you tragically binged just accept it. If you just purge do it but accept that it happened and avoid whatever triggered it. Do not let it happen again but don’t beat yourself up over it; what’s done is done.

Cardio work out machines are actually best in intervals. It allows more fat to be burned in between intervals while your heart rate is still up.

If you don’t have a work out machine at home or a membership to a gym, you can also jump rope, which is great exercise, walk, jog, or dance. Look up all the ways you can mindlessly burn calories such as tapping your foot.

30 tips and tricks for thin body
So here are some of my favorite tips that I find really helpful (and true) for being thin…
#1 Drink a cup of water right after you wake up, it gets your stomach working
#2 Don’t drink diet coke, it still has sugars in it
#3 Take contrast showers (hot water, cold water, hot water…) it gets your blood flowing and fat burning
#4 Spinach has a very little amount of calories
#5 If you don’t like sports or exercise take up walking. IT BURNS CALIRIES AND DOES SO MUCH GOOD
#6 For fat burning the best exercise is intensive fitness (or any kind of cardio) or power yoga.
#7 Don’t eat 4 hours before sleep
#8 Always eat breakfast. If not, your body turns on suvivior mode and saves calories
#9 Get a good night sleep
#10 Drink green tea
#11 Eat nuts and avacados but remember, they have fat. Healthy fat but still fat.
#12 Avoid salt
#13 Avoid sweetened yoghurt, they might say that it’s healthy or something but buying non-fat or sugar yoghurt and adding jam or berries is so much better
#14 This is a hard one… Don’t weight yourself every day, you’ll go crazy. Weight doesn’t change that fast
#15 Don’t stress if you’re not losing weight, sometimes you build muscle mass and burn weight but fat and muscle looks completly diffrent
#16 Taking a fast day once in a while is not bad but once you don’t eat for 6 hours your metabolism slows down and you loose less calories
#17 Eat as little processed foods as possible (pasta, rice, meat, sauces…)
#18 Don’t eat sugary foods also don’t drink sugary drinks. Even juices, they have lots of sugar. Drink water, tea or fresh squeezed juices.
#19 Pineapple burns calories
#20 Half a grapefruit before
breakfast helps you burn fat
#21 When picking out food seasoning choose something without salt
#22 Buy jeans that are a little bit too tight, it’ll keep you motivated
#23 Sit with your back straight and abs flexed. That way you’ll strenghten your abs
#24 Don’t just do 300 crunches and hope for a flat belly. No muscle needs that many repititions, take up diffrent ab workouts.
#25 Don’t eat when you’re not hungry
#26 Drink a big glass of water before every meal
#27 Eat as slow as possible. Chew everything till it’s almost liquid, then swallow.
#28 Stop eating before you’re full.
#29 Don’t drink while eating or right after the meal. When you eat, you’re lighting a fire ir your sromach, as you’re drinking you’re flushing it.
